Stephen & Lynne | Chop Gate Church Wedding photography.

Wedding photography at Chop Gate church isn't something we have done before, making it a one off venue, which was a perfect way to keep our work fresh. Working on the the spur of the moment forces the creative mind to have to think harder to create beautiful shots. There is a little complacency when working a venue on a regular basis, the backdrop is the same, just the bride and groom change. Even though been aware of this makes you think harder so you don't end up with duplicates between weddings. Stephen and Lynne's wedding was completely different, although they did tied the knot in the church in a very traditional way, even down the the gate been tied closed - not allow the groom the escape. Their reception was a marquee a field, guest camped there too! Something we don't very often get chance to do is use a lift to get that different perspective on the guest shots, well been from a farming background a tractor appeared with a cage on the front and yes that was me thrown up into the air - along with the bride and groom and most of the guest by the end of the day. This enabled me to make the wedding different and create those memorable shots that every bride and groom want so bad.
