Craig and Gemma | Redcar Wedding Photographers
Craig and Gemma arranged a wonderful wedding starting my coverage at the Park Hotel, where in a whirlwind of dresses, make-up and hair the girls were getting ready. From there I managed to have an hour with the guys too. It was a nice touch for couple to want the story to start from both their perspectives. Something I usually only do from the brides side… after all its all about the bride!
Once everyone was wedding ready, it was off to Kirkleatham church for the ceremony. It’s such a quaint little church with such a cool vicar too. The lighting is awesome too, just capturing Gemma in a beam of light coming through the window felt almost too much to miss.
After the church, Gemma had agreed with Kirkleatham walled Garden for some wonderful bridal portraits. It was the first time I’d visited the Walled Gardens, embarrassing as it was. Such a versatile location I cant wait to work there again.
I even managed to grab a few nice family images too, although I did get a little wet from the fountain….it’s all in the name of art…. or so I told myself.
The end of the day saw everyone party in the Coatham Memorial Hall for the rest of the evening and after the first dance that’s when I made my exit for the day.
