A little late I know! I’ve had these Images sat in my folder on the PC for a while. I seem to have done nothing but weddings this year, so it was nice to get out and shoot a portrait, with something a little different than the norm. People seem to think all I do is weddings, wrong! I’ve covered family portrait of all sorts for years. Just since the Covid pandemic we’ve being catching up with weddings. So, when the ladies came to me with this trend I jumped at the chance to capture them. I immediately knew the location that would be perfect.

I even had a couple of smoke grenades stashed away in the office and they came into good use with this shoot, adding the eerie look to the shots. I didn’t envy the ladies, though, having those pumpkins on their heads and they did have to take a few breaks. Not only did the smell, they were a little claustrophobic. Hats off to both of them for seeing it through.
