My Wedding Photography Blog.
James and Natalie | Chop Gate church
Although I felt like I was in the back of beyond, The chop gate and helmsley area is such a beautiful part of the country.
Even on a wet Saturday afternoon. The surrounding countryside looked almost eerie with the mist and low cloud.
John and Janice | Wainstone’s hotel
I’ve worked at the Wainstones hotel for some years now. I love the lighting and intimate feel it give to a wedding
James and Natalie | Pre wedding photo shoot
What can I say about these two? Such a special couple. They seem so naturally in love as well as together.
Ian and Natasha| Pre-wedding studio photo shoot
With our pre-wedding shoot we don’t mind you bringing your family too, even the family pet if you wished. As long as you, the bride and groom, are present that’s perfect to us.
Lewis and Rachel | St Nicholas church, Gisborough
Its always nice to work at St Nicholas church in Guisborough, not only is my local church but its one of my all time favourites too.
It always feels so warm and inviting.
Nick and Sophie | Newby hall pre wedding shoot
Some fabulous weather finally and what a place to spend a Saturday afternoon. Newby Hall and gardens is such a stunning place and meant so much to Nick and Sophie.
Chris and Sarah | Manor House Hotel,
Its always fab to work at new venues and the Manor House hotel in West Auckland was just that
Kevin and Sarah | Park Head Hotel
Kevin and Sarah had chosen the most fantastic church I’ve worked at, St James church in , Coundon was amazing and the architecture was breath taking.
It was so light and airy the photography was almost too easy.
Jonathan and Emma | The Stables, Cross butts
Its been a while since I worked at the Stables in Whitby. It didn’t disappoint. Situated on the outskirts of Whitby the location is perfect as the backdrop to any wedding.
Jonathan and Emma looked stunning, well worthy of a beautiful wedding day.
Dan and Nicola | Rushpool Hall, Saltburn, North Yorkshire
Another local venue to the studio, Rushpool Hall, it's nestled in Saltburn Valley. With the views out to sea its stunning. On this particular day the weather seemed against us, the rain poured and poured.
This didn't damped any spirits though. I don't think anything could, Dan and Nicola are such a fun loving couple.
Bill Gates 75th | Wynyard Hall hotel, County Durham
It's been a while since I've worked at Wynyard Hall. It hadn't changed, it was still as beautiful and as enchanting as I remembered. Even in the pouring rain. The rain seems to be featuring a lot in my events recently.
Paul & Caroline's| Ripley Castle, Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Paul Contacted us from the Big Apple, which is where both Caroline and himself live. It felt really strange to be chatting across the other side of the world to a client. But I've done it twice now, the first was for a wedding happening not far from the studio, but the client resides in Australia (blog to follow in august).
Jess and Callum | Danby Castle, Danby, North Yorkshire
Danby Castle is one of the most beautiful wedding venues I get to work at. Situated in the famous North York Moors National Park, with the river Esk meandering it's way towards the seaside town of Whitby down below. The sheep bleating in the surrounding fields and occasional steam train passing by. What more do you want in a venue?
Dan & Nicola | Rushpool Hall Hotel, Saltburn
I love capturing clients before their big day. This Rushpool Hall pre-wedding photo shoot was no different. I have worked with Nicola before and knew how crazy she could be.
Now I'm covering her wedding next month. I get the feeling its going to be a wonderful day for both her and Dan.
